A Thai and U.S. citizen, Dr. CC began his military career in the U.S. Navy as an Air Warfare Specialist and F-18 Naval Flight Officer, finishing as an instructor for Top Gun aviators at NAS Fallon. Joined the FBI in 2006, serving in Los Angeles, as a Squad Supervisor in Phoenix, and as Intelligence Advisor to the FBI Assistant Director. Played a key role in joint FBI–Royal Thai Police investigations and trained police forces internationally. After retiring from the FBI in 2021, became a security consultant on the F-35 fighter program and a professor at Arizona State University.
Joy Smithangura is a Thai national raised internationally, with over 20 years of experience as a business research consultant across Thailand and abroad. As Head of Operations, Asia, she leads IAT's regional operations, government coordination, and public-safety partnerships throughout Thailand and ASEAN — pairing deep local insight with a track record of turning strategy into on-the-ground execution.
Nati Sang is a U.S. national and a seasoned facilitator with over 15 years of experience leading innovation teams, with a career rooted in technology and hardware-software integration. As Head of International Strategic Affairs, Nati leads IAT's global partnerships, executive negotiations with manufacturers and agencies, and international procurement facilitation across the U.S. and ASEAN.
